Product decisions, architecture, and implementation affect each other. We keep them connected through senior-led delivery and direct communication with the people responsible for the system.
Engagements are organized around the work required, with clear technical ownership and minimal management layers. The team is shaped around the scope, with engineers and collaborators joining where the work requires them. You retain a direct route to the people making architectural and delivery decisions.

Milan founded Bytesicht after working across full-stack applications, CRM systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, document search, and AI workflows. At Bytesicht, that background informs the design and implementation of SignageWall, CultureFitr, and opnlocal, as well as the way new engagements are scoped and delivered.
Professional experience gained through employment is part of his background. It is not presented as a Bytesicht customer engagement.
