Where we fit

The work is there.
The engineering gap is solvable.

For digital agencies, web studios, automation specialists and consultancies with established client relationships.

A client brief exceeds your backend capacity

Build the custom application, portal or dashboard behind the interface.

Platforms do not exchange the right information

Connect APIs and workflows with validation, retries and visible failure states.

A client asks for AI automation

Define a testable use case, connect the data and agree where human review is required.

Hiring does not fit the work ahead

Agree a delivery scope and capacity with a technical partner who stays close to the implementation.

A custom system needs care after launch

Assess the codebase, prioritize repairs and define a workable maintenance arrangement.

What we deliver

Software your client can use.
Systems your team can take forward.

  • Custom web applications and client portals
  • Internal platforms and operational dashboards
  • API integrations and workflow automation
  • AI-assisted document and knowledge workflows

Partnership models

Start with the relationship
the work actually needs.

01

Fixed scope delivery

A defined application, integration or product extension.

Your agency owns the client brief and approvals. Bytesicht owns the agreed engineering scope and documents dependencies.

How it begins Start with a feasibility review and a proposal with clear acceptance criteria.

02

Ongoing engineering partner

An evolving roadmap or recurring client engineering needs.

You prioritize the work. Together we agree capacity, review cadence and who owns each decision; Bytesicht delivers the agreed work.

How it begins Start with a bounded paid pilot before committing to ongoing capacity.

03

Implementation & maintenance

A system that needs to launch, remain operable or evolve after handover.

Bytesicht assesses the codebase and operational risks. Support coverage, access, fees and response expectations are agreed explicitly.

How it begins Start with a system review and a prioritized implementation or support scope.

04

White label delivery

Your agency wants to offer custom engineering under its own brand.

You retain the client relationship. Branding, confidentiality, meetings and client contact are agreed before work starts.

How it begins Start by agreeing the commercial and communication boundaries, then scope a first project.

Availability, fees, intellectual property and delivery commitments are confirmed in the agreement. No minimum team size or fixed turnaround is assumed.

Reduce delivery risk

Make the first commitment
small enough to evaluate.

Resolve uncertainty before promising a build.

Review API access, existing code and data requirements. Surface feasibility questions early and scope a paid investigation where needed.

Give the pilot a clear finish line.

Choose one valuable workflow with explicit exclusions, a demonstration and acceptance criteria. Judge the collaboration on working software and communication.

Keep delivery inspectable.

Agree repository access, review points, testing and handover. Document decisions and change requests so progress is visible to your agency.

How collaboration works

A shared brief.
An agreed way to deliver.

Milan leads technical discovery and implementation. Your agency keeps a named owner for priorities, client communication and acceptance.

  1. 01

    Understand the brief

Discuss the client problem, existing systems, decision makers and constraints. Start with an outline; share sensitive material through an agreed channel.

  2. 02

    Agree a useful first scope

Check feasibility and dependencies. Set out deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees and acceptance criteria in a proposal.

  3. 03

    Build in reviewable milestones

Review working software and written progress. Make risks and decisions visible; agree changes before adding them to the scope.

  4. 04

    Test and accept the work

Test the complete workflow against agreed criteria, including failures and permissions. Your nominated owner reviews and accepts the release.

  5. 05

    Hand over and plan support

Document setup, operation and technical decisions. Agree deployment access, ownership arrangements and any ongoing support separately.

Proof of capability

See the engineering
behind the offer.

SignageWall and CultureFitr are independently developed Bytesicht products. Their interfaces and architecture show technical capability; they are not presented as paid agency engagements or evidence of customer outcomes.

SignageWall

Screen operators need to prepare, schedule and deliver content without managing every display separately.

The product walkthrough shows screen management, configuration and player output, including a documented offline recovery design.

Recruitment teams need to connect assessments, profile comparisons and readable reports in one workflow.

The report and mobile assessment captures show the implemented workflow. The story explains data boundaries, scoring and report recovery.

Practical questions

Before we work together.

Can you work under our agency brand?

White label delivery is available subject to agreement. We decide how Bytesicht is introduced, who joins client meetings and how approvals work before the project begins.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

Ownership, transfer conditions, pre-existing code and third-party licenses are set out in the project agreement. We discuss your requirements before proposing the work; submitting an enquiry does not establish those terms.

How will we communicate?

You work directly with Milan on technical scope and delivery. We agree a shared task board, written updates, review meetings and a decision owner. Your existing tools can be used where practical.

Can we arrange an NDA?

Confidentiality requirements and an appropriate NDA can be reviewed before sensitive material is exchanged. Please keep the initial enquiry free of client credentials and confidential files.

How do you price and scope a project?

Pricing follows the problem, dependencies and delivery risk. We propose a defined scope or agreed ongoing capacity after discovery. Where uncertainty is high, a separately scoped paid investigation or pilot may be the useful first step.

Can you maintain what you build?

Ongoing maintenance and improvements can be included in a separate support agreement. Coverage, response expectations, infrastructure responsibilities and availability need to be agreed; round-the-clock support is not assumed.

Will our time zones overlap?

Bytesicht is based in Serbia on Central European time. This provides normal working-day overlap with the UK and much of Europe. Specific meeting times and availability are agreed for each engagement.

Which technologies can you work with?

The portfolio includes TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node.js and NestJS, SQL and document databases, API integrations and AI workflows. We choose technology around the existing system and the brief, and flag specialist requirements before committing.
