Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bytesicht's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Bytesicht provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

• Custom AI solutions development
• AI chatbot implementation
• Predictive analytics systems
• Automation audits and consulting
• AI reporting and dashboard creation
• Custom software development with AI integration

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any security vulnerabilities promptly

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Price changes require 30 days notice

All intellectual property rights in our services and technology remain with Bytesicht. Custom solutions developed for clients may have shared or transferred rights as specified in individual agreements.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and business information. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytesicht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance. Specific SLA terms are outlined in individual service agreements.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, certain provisions of these terms will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Niš, Serbia.
