How we handle your inquiry
Bytesicht receives your name, email, optional company, engagement interest, message, and any budget or timing you choose to share, to respond and discuss the work. Configured hosting and delivery providers process information needed to operate the site, deliver the inquiry and send a confirmation to the email address you provide. Resend may deliver these emails; a configured webhook may pass it to the enquiry workflow. Short-lived hashed identifiers help limit repeat submissions; the application does not store enquiries in a database. Hosting logs may include your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request times.
Inquiry information is retained for the conversation and related business records, security, and applicable obligations. Bytesicht does not sell personal information. For questions about your information or requests to access, correct, or delete it, contact info@bytesicht.com.
Business contact information and outreach
If Bytesicht contacts you about an agency partnership, we use relevant professional contact details, a source record and the reason the offer may relate to your work. Eligibility for the channel and a lawful basis for using personal information are checked before contact. You can ask where we found your information, request access or correction, or object to marketing by replying or emailing info@bytesicht.com.
We stop marketing to people who object and keep the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice. Unengaged research is reviewed after 90 days for deletion of unnecessary personal details. Active business conversations and contractual records are handled according to their purpose and applicable obligations.
Optional analytics and browser storage
The site remembers your analytics choice in browser local storage. Google Analytics loads only after you accept it and may use cookies such as _ga to measure page visits, devices, referrals, approximate location, and interactions such as partnership links, case study views and form outcomes. Enquiry contents are not sent in conversion events. Declining leaves the site fully usable. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice.

Agreeing on a project
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. Scope, responsibilities, delivery milestones, fees, confidentiality, and ownership of the work are addressed in the project agreement before delivery begins.
